What if I want to return my order?

Thanks to our risk-free 30-day guarantee, you may return any product from DeskRiser.com for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. Simply call us at +1 (877) 575-0070 and we will issue an RMA number. Please note that we do NOT cover your return shipping costs - unfortunately, shipping costs have gone up significantly and so we ask that you contact us first before returning the item so that we can quote you on the cost of return shipping.

Any scratches or dents on the product will impact the amount we can refund you so please return it in its original condition. If you do not have the original packaging, you may purchase a box from us. Please call Customer Service at +1 (877) 575-0070 for more details. Your money will be refunded in full to your credit card within 2-3 business days upon return receipt of your returned product.
