Lombard Crank Desk
Beautiful industrial standing desk has a reclaimed teak wood top featuring clean edges and a water-based catalyzed weathered gray finish on the wood, which offers durability while showcasing the natural grain of the wood.
Affixed to either end of the base of the table top are two rods that fit into the recycled iron cast base where the industrial crank mechanism is connected to an antique styled handle, allowing the table's top to be raised or lowered to whatever height works best for your needs.
The sleek, hand-forged iron base in gray zinc finish creates a beautiful fusion of natural and industrial elements with the teak wood top. Dimensions are 59"W x 30"D x 30"H to 42"H.
Antique Hand Crank Table
Industrial old world style hand crank table lift mechanism is operated by hand and is connected to the right side of the iron case base with a gear shaft that helps you easily lift and lower the table as you turn the wheel. NOTE: The handle is pointed inward when you receive the item, you just need to unscrew the handle and point it outward to use it.
Reclaimed Wood Table
Teak is considered to be the "gold standard" for decay resistance. This is because of its oil retention. While all woods contain oils that protect the tree (think maple sap or tea tree oil), teak exceptionally retains these oils and its rubber even after being felled and processed.

FAQs
Q: How high can this rise up to? I'm tall-ish at 6'1" and I don't know if I can use this as a standing desk. |
A: Great question. The desk rises up to 42 inches. A standard desk that doesn't rise up has a height of roughly 29 inches. So this rises another 13 inches up from there. At 29 inches, this is roughly the elbow height of someone that is 4'11" tall. So if you add 13 inches to that to get to 42 inches, just add 13 inches to someone 4'11" tall and you get to roughly 6 feet tall. Here is a great chart showing this in detail - Standing Desk Size Chart. |
Q:How thick is the table top? I would like to add a monitor mount to it. |
A: The wood top is roughly 1 7/8" thick or 1.875" thick. All of the Desk Riser monitor mounts will fit on this desk. |
Q: I'm having trouble raising the desk with the crank handle. Am I doing something wrong? |
A: To loosen the crank shaft you need to turn the two knobs to the left to loosen them. They are located at each end of the base (one on the right side and one on the left side) and on the opposite side of the side where the crank handle is located. After loosening those knobs your desk will be able to raise up easily. |
Q: I set up the table but I don't know how to get the crank handle to work. |
A: The crank handle ships with the handle part turned inward toward the center of the base. It is packed this way so that the handle doesn't break off. You will need to unscrew the handle from the wheel and then put it back into the wheel with the handle pointing outward. Then you will be able to use it properly. |
Standing Desk Size Chart
Are you confused about what height standing desk you need? Below is a standing desk converter size chart that might help you out (converters sit on top of your existing table or desk).
Some quick notes about this chart:
- The standard height of a desk = roughly 29 inches. If your desk is different, measure it and adjust the numbers on the chart accordingly.
- "Lowest height of standing desk converter keyboard tray" = the height from the floor to the top of the keyboard tray if the standing desk converter is at its lowest height.
- The chart above assumes that the top shelf of the standing desk converters is 4 inches higher than the top of the keyboard tray.
- All of our standing desk converters list a height range of the top shelf of the converter (e.g., the Desk Riser Classic rises from 4.75"H to 16.5"H). Use this range (from lowest to highest) along with the size chart below to determine if it fits your height.
- An example: If you are 5'6" tall, then the standing desk converter only needs to rise up to 10 inches to fit your height.
